What to bring to my appointment?

Please bring with you:

  • A referral letter from you local doctor or specialist
  • Wherever possible please bring any imaging such as X-rays, CT & MRI scans relating to this injury or condition. It is important for Mr Loh to see the CD or hard copy of your films in  order to properly assess your condition.

How much will it cost?

  • Appointments
  • Initial appointments are  $ 260
  • Follow up appointments are $ 160
  • Payment is required at the time of your consultation

The cost of your surgery will be discussed with Mr Loh and his practice manager. Furthermore, a written quote will be provided via e-mail and Australia Post.

There will be a small gap fee associated with your surgery. This is to cover the mounting costs of private practice.  Unfortunately rebates have not increased at the same rate as practice costs.

How long will I have to wait for surgery?

When booking you for surgery, Mr Loh will discuss how urgent your operation is and will place you on the waiting list accordingly. He will give an idea of what the wait will be at your appointment but please don’t hesitate to be in contact if any of your symptoms change.
